Kalestead is founded upon the design and manufacture of cables to meet precise user requirements. Recent years have been spent focusing upon the development and expansion of our range; and today, using the latest materials, we can produce cables to an over-all diameter even as high as 40mm.

As our customer you are able to specify which components, from a broad available range, to include within your own cable design. We will then discuss and create this cable with you, to ensure the best possible solution - the one most suited to your performance requirements, and budgetary constraints, as well.

Your purchase order quantity can be as little as a 100-metre reel; yet still supplied at a highly competitive rate.

Examples of available components are listed here. Signal or power cores; screened units or cores; strain cords; Kevlar or copper braids; air tubes; co-axial cables and tinsel cores; these are just a few of the options. And the centre cable illustrated provides an example of how they may be used. It incorporates two category 5e data cables; a 3-core, 13A mains cable; and a Kevlar braided strain cord. These are encompassed within a tough, black polyurethane outer sheath of 16.5mm. diameter.
